Principal Instructor - Loy Wei Peng

 

Wei Peng has been practising yoga since 2009. Having experienced the benefits of yoga has brought to herself and her family members, and wishing to share this knowledge with others, she took the next step and underwent a 200 hour yoga teacher training under SVYASA Yoga University, Bangalore (India). She has a special interest in using yoga to improve the physical and mental health of the elderly. She currently teaches at Awareness Hub and corporate and private yoga classes.

 

Off the mat, Wei Peng is a Japanese-English translator and Japanese language trainer. She has a M.A. in Advanced Japanese Studies. She is proficient in English, Mandarin, and Japanese. Despite her busy schedule, her training in yoga has helped her achieve a sense of calm and balance as she juggles effortlessly between different disciplines.
