Working in an office or at a computer for prolonged periods of time can put strain on the neck, shoulder and back muscles, which in turn can lead to tension and stiffness. This tension can cause headaches, as well as back, neck and shoulder pain that can change the mood and temperament of the individual causing a breakdown in productivity. Even short sessions of yoga stretches can release muscle tension and alleviate pains and aches, bringing up the mood and energy levels of those practicing and learning to incorporate easy and effective techniques to daily routines. About our classes

Our unique 10-week program focuses on a specific theme each week, targeting life-style related health problems, varying from ‘yoga for back pains’ to ‘yoga for headaches & migraines’ to ‘yoga for insomnia’ and many more. Students will learn different poses useful in countering some of these symptoms. After the program, students should be able to practise these postures on their own for continued health.
